Who we are
We are SGProtein. A Singapore-based contract manufacturing platform for meat analogues, aka plant-based meat. Or fish. Or seafood. If you are planning on producing or distributing your own plant-based product, and you don’t want to invest in the infrastructure, we are your trusted production partner.
Where we come from
We are convinced that there is a global trend towards a flexitarian diet. Concerns about high greenhouse gas emissions, rising health consciousness and the need to feed the growing world’s population from less agricultural land have increased the demand for alternative protein sources. Trends can only grow with the right infrastructure and this is where we come in – we facilitate the scaling of the trend for you.
What we do
We produce. At high capacity. Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art extruder with a cooling dye for high moisture meat analogues. We have a range of processing machinery to bring your product into the shape you need.
We have the infrastructure to produce almost any given plant-based meat analogue. And if we don't have it, we can get it. We will listen to you and find the best solution for the product you want. We produce it, we pack it, we cool or freeze it and we deliver it.
What we produce
Basically, we can produce any kind of high moisture extruded plant proteins, be it plant-based meat, fish or seafood. With the certificates for food safety and other processing standards. You give us the recipe, and we produce. If you need a twist to your recipe, our broad network of specialists can assist you. If you want a turnkey solution and are interested in the finished product only, we can give you that too.
